Product Pricing
MASTRY is not yet available for purchase. Prices (inclusive of Japanese consumption tax) will be clearly displayed on each product page at the time of sales launch. To be notified at launch, please join our founding-member list via the sign-up form on our website.
Additional Costs
The following costs may apply in addition to the product price and will be disclosed in full at launch:
- Domestic and international shipping fees (calculated at checkout based on destination and quantity)
- Consumption tax (currently 10%) — included in all displayed prices
- Any payment-processing or bank-transfer fees charged by the customer's financial institution
No catalog or membership fees are charged.
Payment Method
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed and displayed at launch. We expect to support major credit cards and other common online payment options.
Payment Timing
Payment timing will be confirmed at launch and displayed clearly before the customer completes checkout. For card payments, the charge is generally processed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Timing
Estimated delivery lead times will be published at launch. MASTRY ships from Japan; international delivery timeframes will be shown per destination country at checkout. Domestic (Japan) delivery is expected within a few business days after order confirmation.
Returns and Exchanges
Full return and exchange terms (including the statutory right to cancel under relevant consumer protection law) will be published at the time of sales launch. In principle, we accept returns in the following circumstances:
- The product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
Customer-initiated returns for reasons of personal preference or ordering error may be subject to conditions and restocking or return-shipping costs. We will finalize and publish all terms before accepting any orders.

現在、MASTRYの販売は開始しておりません。販売開始後は、消費税を含む価格を 各商品ページに明示いたします。 販売開始のご案内を希望される方は、サイト上の創設メンバー登録フォームよりメールアドレスをご登録ください。
商品代金以外の必要料金
商品代金のほか、以下の費用が発生する場合があります。詳細は販売開始時に表示いたします。
- 送料（国内・海外いずれも、お届け先・数量に応じてご注文時に表示）
- 消費税（現行10%）— 表示価格はすべて税込みです
- お客様のご利用金融機関が定める振込手数料等（クレジットカード以外の決済手段を選択された場合）
カタログ代や会員費は一切いただいておりません。
支払方法
利用可能な決済手段は販売開始時に確定・表示いたします。 主要クレジットカード等、一般的なオンライン決済への対応を予定しております。
支払時期
支払時期は販売開始時にご注文確定画面にて明示いたします。 クレジットカード決済の場合は、原則としてご注文確定時にお支払いが確定します。
引渡時期
商品のお届け目安は販売開始時に表示いたします。 国内へのお届けは、ご注文確定後、数営業日以内を予定しております。 海外へのお届けについては、お届け先の国・地域ごとの目安をご注文時にご案内いたします。
返品・交換について（返品特約）
返品・交換に関する詳細な条件（消費者保護法令上のキャンセル権を含む）は、 販売開始時に正式に定めて表示いたします。 原則として、以下の場合に返品・交換をお受けいたします。
- 商品に欠陥または配送中の破損が認められる場合
- ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合
お客様のご都合（お好みや注文誤りなど）による返品については、 条件・費用負担（返送料等）が生じる場合があります。 いずれの場合も、受注開始前に全条件を確定し、ご注文前に明示いたします。
