2. Personal Information We Collect

- Founding-member email signup: email address, and optionally your name.
- Contact / inquiry form: name, email address, inquiry type, and the content of your message.
- Access logs: browser type, IP address, pages visited, and date/time of access, collected automatically by our web server and analytics tools.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 8 below.
We do not collect payment card numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or other sensitive categories of personal information on this website.
3. Purposes of Use
We use the personal information we collect for the following specific purposes:
- To send founding-member updates, product launch announcements, and exclusive pre-order information to subscribers who opt in.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
- To improve the content, usability, and performance of mastry.jp.

mastry.jp uses cookies and similar browser-based technologies to operate the site and understand how visitors use it. We may use Google Analytics or equivalent tools to collect aggregated, anonymised data (such as pages visited, session duration, and referral source). This data is processed in accordance with the analytics provider's own privacy policy and does not, by itself, identify you personally.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may limit some functionality of the site. You may also opt out of Google Analytics data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not use cookies to serve targeted advertising on mastry.jp.

2. 取得する個人情報
当社は、以下に定める利用目的の範囲内で、必要最小限の個人情報のみを取得します。
- 創設メンバー登録（メールアドレス登録）：メールアドレス、および任意でお名前。
- お問い合わせフォーム：お名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ種別、お問い合わせ内容。
- アクセスログ：ブラウザ種別、IPアドレス、閲覧ページ、アクセス日時。サーバーおよびアクセス解析ツールにより自動的に収集されます。

当社は、クレジットカード番号・マイナンバーその他の要配慮個人情報を本ウェブサイト上では収集していません。
3. 利用目的
取得した個人情報は、以下の目的に限り利用します。
- ご登録いただいた創設メンバーへの、製品発売情報・先行予約案内・限定情報のメール配信。
- お問い合わせへの回答および対応。
- mastry.jp のコンテンツ改善・利便性向上・障害対応。
- 不正アクセス・不正利用の検知および防止。
- 法令または行政機関の指示に基づく対応。
上記の利用目的の範囲を超えて個人情報を利用する場合は、事前にご本人の同意を得ます。
4. 第三者への提供

5. 業務委託
当社は、メール配信・ウェブホスティング・アクセス解析等の業務を外部事業者に委託する場合があります。委託にあたっては、必要な範囲でのみ個人情報を提供し、当社と同等水準の安全管理措置を講じることを委託契約で義務付け、適切に監督します。
6. 安全管理措置
当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破壊・改ざん・漏えい等を防止するため、以下の技術的・組織的安全管理措置を講じます。
- TLS/HTTPS による通信の暗号化。
- 業務上必要な担当者に限定したアクセス権限の設定。
- 安全管理措置・委託先の定期的な見直し。
個人データ漏えい等の事態が発生した場合は、速やかに被害の拡大防止措置を講じるとともに、法令が定める報告・通知を行います。
7. 開示・訂正・削除等のご請求
法に基づき、ご本人は当社が保有する個人情報について以下の請求ができます。
- 利用目的の通知 — 当社が保有する個人情報の利用目的の通知。
- 開示 — 当社が保有する個人情報の開示（電磁的記録による提供を含む）。
- 訂正・追加・削除 — 内容が事実でない場合または保有が不要となった場合。
- 利用停止・消去 — 法に違反した取扱いが行われている場合。
- 第三者提供の停止 — 法に違反した第三者提供が行われている場合。
ご請求は、hello@mastry.jp まで、ご本人確認に必要な情報を添えてご連絡ください。当社は、本人確認後、法令に定める期間内に対応します。なお、法令の定める除外事由に該当する場合はご要望に応じられないことがあり、その際は理由をご説明します。
8. Cookie およびアクセス解析
mastry.jp では、サイトの適切な運営とご利用状況の把握を目的として Cookie 等を使用しています。Google Analytics 等のアクセス解析ツールを利用する場合があり、ページ閲覧数・滞在時間・参照元等の統計情報が収集されます。これらの情報は、それ単体でご本人を特定するものではなく、解析ツール提供事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。
Cookie の受け入れはブラウザの設定で無効にできますが、一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。Google Analytics については、Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオンのインストールによってデータ収集を停止できます。
当社は、mastry.jp において行動ターゲティング広告を目的とした Cookie は使用していません。

10. 本ポリシーの改定
