This policy explains what cookies are, how MASTRY LLC uses them on mastry.jp, and the choices available to you. We keep our use of cookies deliberately minimal — your privacy matters as much to us as the purity of our water.

What Are Cookies?

They help the site remember certain information — for example, a language preference — so you don't have to set it again on your next visit. Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot access other files on your device.

Similar technologies such as local storage (data saved directly by your browser rather than sent to a server) serve comparable purposes and are also covered by this policy.

How mastry.jp Uses Cookies

Our website is currently in a pre-launch, founding-member signup phase. We use only strictly necessary storage at this time:

Language preference
Saved in your browser's local storage so the site displays in the language you last chose (English or Japanese). This data never leaves your device and expires when you clear your browser storage.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC; measurement ID G-8ZRJDDMG45) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device and referral source — used in aggregate only. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell personal data. You can opt out via your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on (see below).

Cookie Categories We May Use in the Future

As mastry.jp grows, we may wish to add analytics or functionality cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. We will only do so after:

  • Updating this Cookie Policy to describe the new cookies clearly.
  • Displaying a consent notice on the site and asking for your explicit permission before setting any non-essential cookies.

You will always be able to accept, decline, or adjust your preferences through the consent notice at that time.

Managing and Disabling Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Below are direct links to the settings guides for common browsers:

Because we currently use only browser-local storage for language preference, blocking cookies has no impact on the core functionality of mastry.jp. If you clear your browser storage, the language selector will simply reset to its default on your next visit.

Third-Party Services

mastry.jp uses Google Analytics (gtag.js), which sets its own cookies. For how Google handles this data, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can prevent Google Analytics with the opt-out browser add-on. Apart from Google Analytics, mastry.jp does not embed advertising or social-tracking services that set their own cookies; should this change, we will update this page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, when we add new features to the site or when regulations change. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. We encourage you to check back periodically.

本ポリシーは、Cookieとは何か、MASTRY合同会社がmastry.jpでどのように使用しているか、そしてお客様が行使できる選択肢について説明するものです。私たちは、水の純粋さと同様に、お客様のプライバシーを大切にしており、Cookieの使用を意図的に最小限に抑えています。

Cookieとは

mastry.jpにおけるCookieの使用

当ウェブサイトは現在、創設メンバー向けメール登録のプレローンチ段階にあります。現時点では、厳密に必要なストレージのみを使用しています。

言語設定
お客様が最後に選択した言語（英語または日本語）でサイトを表示するため、ブラウザのローカルストレージに保存されます。このデータはお客様のデバイス外に送信されることはなく、ブラウザのストレージをクリアすると削除されます。

当サイトは、訪問状況を把握しサービス改善に役立てるため Google アナリティクス 4（Google LLC／測定ID G-8ZRJDDMG45）を使用しています。Google アナリティクスはCookieを設定し、閲覧ページ・おおよその地域・デバイス・参照元などの利用データを収集します（統計的にのみ利用）。広告Cookieの使用や個人データの販売は行いません。ブラウザ設定またはGoogleのオプトアウトアドオン（下記）で無効化できます。

今後使用する可能性のあるCookieの種類

mastry.jpの成長にともない、サイトの利用状況を把握・改善するために分析Cookie や機能Cookieを追加する場合があります。その際は必ず以下の手順を踏みます。

  • 本Cookieポリシーを更新し、新たなCookieの内容を明確に説明します。
  • サイト上に同意通知を表示し、非必須Cookieの設定前にお客様の明示的な許可を求めます。

その際も、同意通知を通じてCookieの許可・拒否・設定変更をいつでも行うことができます。

現在、mastry.jpが使用しているのは言語設定のためのブラウザローカルストレージのみであるため、Cookieをブロックしてもサイトの主要機能には影響しません。ブラウザのストレージをクリアした場合、次回アクセス時に言語セレクターがデフォルトにリセットされます。

サードパーティサービスについて

mastry.jp は Google アナリティクス（gtag.js）を使用しており、同サービスが独自のCookieを設定します。Googleによるデータの取り扱いは、Googleのプライバシーポリシーおよび「Googleのサービスを使用するサイトからの情報利用」をご覧ください。オプトアウトアドオンで無効化できます。Google アナリティクス以外に、独自Cookieを設定する広告・ソーシャルトラッキングは組み込んでいません。変更時は本ページを更新します。

本ポリシーの変更

サイトへの新機能追加や法令の改正などに応じて、本Cookieポリシーを改訂することがあります。改訂の都度、ページ下部の「最終更新日」を更新します。定期的にご確認いただくことをお勧めします。
